The British Council in Greece in collaboration with Exile room is organising a series of documentary workshops by The Documentary Filmmakers Group (DFG) in October 20-21. The UK’s leading national organization, which works towards promoting documentary film-making talent and fresh ideas, has especially adapted the seminar to the needs of Greek filmmakers.

The workshops include a master class- scheduled for October 20- by established filmmaker and founder of DFG Andy Glynne, who will examine the direction of non-fiction filmmaking and the importance of story-telling. The experiential workshop of the following day, called Documentary Development Toolkit, focuses on the tools required to develop a documentary idea into a fundable project.
