The first Greek aerospace business mission to Israel, which was jointly organized by the Hellenic Space Technologies and Applications Cluster (si-Cluster) and the Union of Greek Industries for Space Technology and Applications (EVIDITE) was successfully completed, on February 11.

The mission was attended by nine Greek aerospace companies: Aerospace Ventures, European Sensor Systems, Geosystems Hellas, Inasco, Irida Labs, Planetek Hellas, Prisma Electronics, Teletel and Terra Spatium as well as the General Secretariat for Research and Technology. The innovative industrial group in geographically concentrated in the region of Attica and Western Greece and has more than 20 members.

The Greek delegation participated in the Ninth Ilan Ramon Annual International Space Conference and met, among others, with the three largest aerospace companies in Israel; they discussed the possibility of cooperation in the areas of propulsion systems, composite materials, sophisticated sensors and electronic systems.
