The 8th Athens Animfest is taking place at the Greek Film Archive, till March 13. This year’s edition features animated short films from Greece and 33 other countries, that will include special screenings of French animated films, in co-operation with the French Institute of Athens and a tribute to the "Polish school" of animation, with screenings of 19 animated short films of the Polish Studio SE-MA-FOR.

 In addition, under the rubric Neighbours’ Animation, films from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Poland and Lithuania, will also be presented.
