The Acropolis Museum has announced it is launching a series of workshops covering areas such as ancient technology and producing works of art, creating art replicas for museum use, and contemporary methods and applications enhancing the visitor’s understanding of the exhibits.
The first course begins on January 15 and will taking place twice daily (at 11:00 and 12:00), Tuesday through Sunday.
Participation is limited to 20 people and admission is granted with same-day tickets on a FCFS basis. The workshops will be conducted by archaeologists-curators and conservators working for the museum, providing well documented and in-depth information.
