Forget Ajax, Argentina or even the current Barcelona team: the greatest team goal ever may have been scored by a team of Greek children!

The amazing "total football" goal scored by A.O.Ioannina’s junior team is already making headlines as the absolute team effort goal.

In a move reminiscent of Argentina’s legendary 2006 goal, Ioannina’s baby footballers start from kick-off, exchange 20 passes, during which all 11 touch the ball in the move -including the goalkeeper- and have the ball hit the net before the opposition  even gets the chance to touch it!

Their amazing performance was presented by Eurosport on December 29, and was hailed by the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph and Italy’s La Repubblica as the best team goal ever. Watch the video!
