The Ecotourism Societies of Vitsi, Grammos and Prespes under the coordination of the NGO Cultural Triangle of Prespes are organising the Transnatura mountain bike stage race 2010 from September 9 to12.The race will cover a total distance of 300 kilometres in four stages.

Parallel events include children games, a treasure hunt, cycling races for children, a graffiti show, a theatre play, photo exhibition, traditional festivals and concerts. The primary aim of the race is the promotion of the areas of Western Macedonia and especially the "Natura 2000" protected areas, the E4 and E6 trails, and the brown bear biotopes.
