#LovinGreece, along with #GreekSummer, is another new campaign launched by Visit Greece, the country’s official tourist webpage, with the purpose of setting a new trend across social networks. Sharing is caring and so the visitor is asked to express the love and appreciation for Greece and the time spent in the country.

The staff of Visit Greece is overwhelmed by the public reception of the campaign: "our followers’ warm and sympathetic comments of their own experience in Greece have left us speechless. We’ve been receiving pictures depicting the Greek land, as well as bright smiles of our friends who generously unfold their love for Greece".

Meanwhile, 2015 is proving so far a true tourist bonanza for Greece as the country heads towards a new record: 26 million of foreign arrivals, compared to last year’s 24 million, and surpassing the expected 25 million. The aim is to promote Greece as a tourism destination for every season: according to the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE), the revenue for the autumn period is expected to reach €3.2 bn, while more than 5 million tourists are expected in September-October alone. So go on, post your own comments and photos using #lovingreece. We want to feel the love!
