Athens has been selected as the venue for the 6th 2015 Global Supply Chain ‘thought leadership’ Summit, taking place September 29-30 at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. This is the first time the event – a not-for-profit forum for thought leadership and discovery - is being held in Europe, at a time when European businesses are searching for inspiration. 

The theme chosen for the 2015 Athens Summit is "Building dynamic institutions in the new networked world". Athens 2015 will be structured around twelve panels, each focusing on a major topic of interest to a wide business audience, involving some the finest thinkers in business and academia, through two intense days of interaction. 

The event’s academic partners are the Athens University of Economics and Business and the UTS Business School in Sydney; it is supported by the professional associations Institute of Supply Chain Management in India, the Hellenic Management Association and the Hellenic Institute of Production and Operations Management.
