The company Zoe’s Chocolate has been active for less than a decade, but the list of its accomplishments is already impressive as chocolatier to the Oscars, the Emmy Awards and the White House Correspondent’s Dinner. The Tsoukatos siblings did not start from scratch, since their family has been in the chocolate business since their great aunt and uncle came to America from Greece in the 1900’s.
However, it was the three siblings, aged 25-35 that decided to take the business a step further and combine Greek Honey Yogurt chocolate, a dose of silky smooth Greek yogurt blended with honey and roasted walnuts, coated in dark chocolate. Mediterranean heritage with American classic flavors. The result is rewarding for the young entrepreneurs who "longed for the tradition we loved so much and the business in which we grew up." Zoe’s chocolates have been twice awarded in the Good Food Awards. Once in 2013 and in this year’s edition, the chocolatiers have won a distinction in the confections category for their signature product
