The 2015 TEDxKalamata, non-profit initiative of 32 young people aspiring to create a core of actions that incorporates terms such us innovation, initiative, collegiality and extroversion will take place at the ancient Theatre of Messene.

The event’s theme focuses on the unique moment before someone takes a transformative, very first step. 

Lectures will be given in two separate sessions, on June 27 & 28 and will include twelve speakers. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less), which began as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and design converged, and today covers all topics - from science to business to global issues - in more than 100 languages. TEDx events are independently organised. The first Greek TEDx was held in Athens.
