  • Holy Week @Athens Concert Hall
Adagio-Music Cycle will be staged at the Athens Concert Hall during the Orthodox Holy Week (April 4-10). The Cycle will include a tribute to music dedicated to Virgin Mary, by acclaimed Greek singer Savina Yannatou and the group Primavera en Salonico, on April 6. Works of Western European religious music include Mozart’s Requiem with the Athens State Orchestra, conducted by Vassilis Christopoulos (April 4), and the Stabat Mater of Xafntn with Camerata on period instruments under George Petrou (Holy Wednesday 8/4).
  • Latinitas Nostra@Onassis Cultural Center
The baroque musical ensemble Latinitas Nostra will carry audiences at the Onassis Cultural Centre on April 3 on a musical journey that begins at Louis XIV’s Chapelle Royale and travels all the way to the underground blues joints of Piraeus in the ‘20’s. Exploring 17th-century sacred music of the French Baroque period, the programme will include masterpieces of François Couperin, Michel Richard Delalande, Sébastien de Brossard and encounters with rembetiko and the amanes in a musical narrative awash with Passions both human and divine.

  • Words & Colour Exhibition
Ten young artists create works inspired by famous authors in the group exhibition Words and Colour at the  Gallery Kaplanon5 that opened on March 31 and will run until April 25.

Sylvia Antoniadi draws inspiration from Emmanuel Rhoides’ Pope Joan, George Karakasoglou from Friedrich Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra, and Thanassis Rachoutis from Charles Bukowski, underlining the special bond between literature and painting.

  • Easter Meet Market @Technopolis
The Meet Market Easter Edition will run at the Athens Technopolis on April 4 and 5. The 2-day event will feature Easter candles, accessories, vintage clothes and accessories, traditional products and special events for kids.
