The political groups in the European Parliament adopted a joint draft resolution calling on Turkey to stop all threats and unilateral actions and respect the national sovereignty of EU member states. 

The joint draft resolution, to be approved today (13.11), calls on Turkey to show restraint and act in compliance with international law, voicing the European Parliament's discontent for the escalation of threats and Turkey's unilateral actions against the Republic of Cyprus as regards the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), reminding the legality of Cyprus’ EEZ.
