The initiative aim is to address the digital skills gap and raise awareness about the added value of women’s participation in digital jobs, research and innovation.
The World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) established the biannual "WITSA Global ICT Excellence Awards" that aim to promote the best ICT businesses and users worldwide concerning ICT applications in the public sector, the private sector, the creation of digital opportunities and sustainable growth.
