Finance Minister Gikas Hardouvelis said in an interview yesterday (17.09) - to be published today in German newspaper Handelsblatt - that Greece is able to refinance its requirements by itself.

Just a few days before a meeting between Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and German Chancellor Angela Merkel (23.09), Hardouvelis argues that Greece does not need a third bailout package, noting that the country is able to borrow from markets at a cost below that of the loans from the International Monetary Fund.
