The New Greek Radio, Internet and Television public broadcaster (NERIT), launched its programme on Sunday, May 4, shortly before 18:00, with a modest ceremony. About 11 months after the closure of ERT broadcaster and transitional Public Television channel, NERIT will currently broadcast with one of the two scheduled TV channels and with two Radio stations; Radio 1 (news-various) and Radio 3 (classical music). The new TV programme includes a new news bulletin, Greek and a foreign films and sports.
