The exhibition Nautilus: Navigating Greece, one of the cultural highlights of Greece's six-month presidency of the European Council, is opening its doors at the Centre for Fine Arts (Bozar) in Brussels, on January 24. The exhibition, features 93 antiquities on loan from 29 Greek museums dating back to the Minoan, Mycenaean, archaic, classical and Hellenistic eras, as well as 24 contemporary art exhibits from private collections, galleries and museums.

"This is a great exhibition that depicts Greece's enduring journey through the sea," stated Greek Culture Minister Panos Panagiotopoulos, who visited Brussels. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos who also visited the exhibition venue, noted that "it is a really inspiring exhibition, a delicate conversation between authentic archaeological finds and modern art works."
