The film Stratos (Little Fish), directed by Yiannis Economides,  will participate in the competition section of the 64th Berlin International Film Festival. The Festival will take place from February 6 to 16, 2014.

The film, a social drama, revolves around the protagonist, Stratos, who works at a bakery at night and is a hit-man by day. He gathers money to support the escape of Leonidas, the man who saved his life and who is in prison. However, Stratos realizes that he has more unpaid debts than he initially believed. In order to come out from the situation safe and sound, he makes a perfect plan…one last mission. The movie is expected to be released in 2014.
Greece’s last appearance at the Berlin Festival was two years ago with the movie “Meteora,” from Greek director Spyros Stathoulopoulos.
