Athens Energy Forum 2013, co-hosted by the International Herald Tribune and Kathimerini, is taking place on February 25-26, in Athens.
The programme includes panels on Energy and Regional Geopolitics, Upstream Oil & Gas Development the Caspian and SE Mediterranean, Major Gas Transportation Projects in SE Europe and the East Med, as well as more Greece-oriented topics. A wide range of speakers, from government officials and politicians to energy companies CEOs and specialists will participate, with Prime Minister Antonis Samaras as a keynote speaker.
Titled Energy Outlook in Southeastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean, this two-day conference aims to examine and discuss the role Greece can play in a region which is fast becoming an energy strategic link for Western Europe.
