Do you enjoy urban discoveries with your kids in the centre of Athens? Then, don’t miss out on a walk through the labyrinth of quaint Plaka streets and houses of the old neighborhood organized by the Hellenic American Union EcoFans kids club, on January 19.

Those who decide to go along, will have the chance to visit the Vryssaki Gallery in order to see how old houses were reconstructed and will also visit a typical Plaka house to enjoy the view from its balcony.

The breathtaking location offers a unique chance to check out historical landmarks of Athens, such as the Ancient Agora, the National Observatory, the Acropolis and Monastiraki flee market.

EcoFans and their friends will observe, record and discuss the current state of the neighborhood, compare it to the old one, and get to know both better through the vivid stories of its residents.
