- Investment Energy Summit in Athens
An Economist one-day conference titled Investment Energy Summit:Greece, Cyprus, Israel-Redesigning the European Energy Map is being organized in Athens on March 28-29.The conference -which will be held under the auspices of Greece’s Ministry of Environment, Energy & Climate Change, Cyprus’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, the support of the Greek-Israeli Chamber of Commerce & Technology and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry- aims to bring light on each aspect of Greece’s, Cyprus’s and Israel’s collaboration on issues regarding the strategy of the new energy landscape.
Overcoming the Crisis Debate
A debate on the Way out of the Crisis in the Eurozone and Greece is being held today (March 27), at the Benaki Museum (Pireos Annex) with the co-presidents of the Greens-European Free Alliance group at the European Parliament, Daniel Cohn-Bendit and Rebecca Harms as keynote speakers.
The debate is organized by the Greek Ecologists Greens MP Nicholaos Chrysogelos, within the framework of Cohn- Bendit’s and Harms’s visit to Athens aimed to explore, ways to revive the Greek economy in a way as to achieve sustainability and social cohesion.
