Five buildings in the centre of Athens will be the canvas for five art projects by the end of 2010.

As part of a pilot joint project, the Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Climate Change chose the apartment block walls.

The Athens School of Fine Arts conducted a competition among its students and the winners have already started work to transform the look of grey buildings.
