- Hands-on Science Network
The Hands-on Science Network is organizing the 7th annual international conference on Hands- on Experience under the title "Bridging the Science and Society Gap" on July 25 to 31 at the University of Crete, Rethymno.
The conference seeks to present modern approaches on Teaching Science in an effort to address Science and Technology Literacy.
This teaching approach depends on systematic Science observations associated with everyday activities and on experiments.

The University of Piraeus is hosting the 7th International Joint Conference on E- Business and Telecommunications on July 26 to 28 in Athens.
The conference aims at bringing together researchers, engineers and practitioners specialised in information and communication technologies.
These include data communication networking, e-business, optical communication systems, security and cryptography, signal processing and multimedia applications, and wireless networks and information systems.
