The Capital Link Forum is taking place in New York today (12.1), the 16th annual Greek Investor Forum, titled "Investing for growth." Representatives of the Greek government, local banks and other listed companies are in New York are meeting with the US investment community. The progress of reforms and the developments in Greece’s tourism, transport, real estate, shipping and banking sectors will be the focus of this year’s event. The presence of major private equity funds that are already positioned in Greece, as well as the majority of major Wall Street and European investment firms, lends great significance to the meetings during what is a crucial period for the Greek economy.
