Prime Minister Antonis Samaras is in Brussels to attend a special European Council meeting, which will be discussing the 2014-2020 EU budget framework.

In the margins of the meeting, the EU summit will have separate meetings with Eurogroup President, Jean-Claude Juncker and with European Council President, Herman Van Rompuy, with whom he is expected to raise the issue of a definite timetable for the disbursement of the much-expected tranche of Greece’s bailout loan.
