Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is visiting Brussels today after an invitation by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, on the heels of the "mini summit" in Berlin on June 1.

In attendance at the Berlin meeting were German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi, and General Director of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde, aiming for a common position in the negotiations with Greece as well as to present Greece with a proposal.

Greece had officially submitted a complete, comprehensive and compact draft of its proposals for an agreement with the country's creditors on Monday (June 1), Minister of State Nikos Pappas confirmed yesterday.
