An exhibition on the history of Greeks in Campania, Italy, and titled Greeks in Campania: 500 Years of History will be presented in Naples from June 5 to September 30.

Jointly organised by the Greek Community of Naples and Campania, the Italian Directorate General of Archives the Greek Embassy in Rome, the University of Crete Mediterranean Studies Institute and many more, the exhibition, will include archival material - mostly unpublished- from 1500 AD to date, as well as significant videos and Greek Diaspora relics.

An international scientific conference will be held, during the exhibition, on June 26, on the subject of the history of Diaspora Hellenism in Naples and Southern Italy, one of the most important pages of Modern Greek history.
