Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias visited FYROM yesterday and met with Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki. In the their joint statements, following the meeting, the two Foreign Ministers announced 11 “confidence-building measures” in the fields of trade, investment, education and culture.
  

With regard to the name issue, FM Kotzias reiterated the need for a solution “based on international law and good neighbourly relations ” and added “Greece is doing everything it can to help FYROM on its path to the Euroatlantic institutions.”
