Aegean Airlines, a Star Alliance member, was once again presented with the award for Best Regional Airline in Europe at the 2015 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The ceremony was held at the Paris International Airshow on June 16. Aegean, which received the award for the 5th year in a row, not only maintained its dominance in Europe, but also secured the third place in the global regional airlines category.

The vote was carried out in the framework of the Skytrax World Airline Awards, also known as the Passengers Choice Awards, from September 2014-May 2015; more than 18.89 million passengers of more than 105 nationalities, rewarded Aegean for the high level services provided to its passengers.
