The local hoteliers association of North Evia will use virtual reality to introduce the area to Scandinaviansbattending the Grekland Panorama trade fair to be held in Stockholm on February 14-15.

The GVR Project (Greek Virtual Reality Project) is North Evia’s new promotional tool; the special virtual reality application created by Google Developers Group Thessaloniki, will "transfer" potential visitors to destinations of Northern Evia. Users will have the chance to “experience” the paths, the beaches, the views and also enjoy a few hot spots located in Limni, Rovies, Ilia through three dimensional sounds.

"Users will feel as if they are walking through these experiences live," according to the Google Developers Group in Thessaloniki.
