The Euro-Atlantic perspective of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the strengthening of its defense cooperation with Greece, as well as the cooperation within regional security schemes, dominated the meeting of the Defence Ministers of Greece Dimitris Avramopoulos and his Bosnia-Herzegovina counterpart, Zekerijah Osmic on March 17.

Avramopoulos reiterated Greece's firm support to the Euro-Atlantic perspective of Bosnia-Herzegovina. "We should all, together build our common European home," he noted, adding that the strengthening of bilateral relations will not only benefit the citizens of both countries, but it will also benefit the wider region of SE Europe.

Osmic thanked Greece for its support to the Euro-Atlantic perspective of his country adding that "we are trying to leave the past behind."
