Good news for travelers! Google has included the schedules of Greece’s railway operator Trainose in its Google Maps "Transit" service to facilitate trip planning on this mode of transport.

Google maps now include itineraries and routes of the suburban lines of Athens, Thessaloniki & Patras and of the entire intercity network. By using the Transit app, travelers will be able to find information on 23 routes, 164 itineraries and 140 stops, as well as instructions on how to plan their journeys across Greece, available via their computer, tablet or smart phone.
