Greece is to renew its participation in the world’s biggest information technology and telecommunications exhibition, CeBIT, following years of absence, with a national pavilion and 20 businesses and associations, as well as 10 public organisations taking part.
The IT and communications technologies sector is among the fastest-growing in Greece, with some 4,500 companies and more than 270,000 employees. CeBIT 2013 will be held in Hannover, Germany on March 5-9. The exhibition appeals to users of the IT and communications technologies industry, wholesale and retail trade, the services sector, government organisations and scientific agencies, as well as to new technology geeks.
