Fourteen Austrian contemporary artists meet in CAMP! (Contemporary Art Meeting Point) in Athens.
The exhibition, titled Siga-Siga (take your time in Greek), explores time and speed in reference to art dynamics and features photography, painting, video, media-art, animation and installations. It is curated in cooperation with Vienna’s Kuenstlerhaus and supported by the Austrian Embassy in Greece.

The Thessaloniki Concert Hall hosts the 2nd Children’s Choirs Festival from May 9 to 11. This year the festival turns into a true 'Cultural Crossroad,' featuring Voices of the Balkans. Basilio AstĂșlez, a prominent figure in the choral music scene, will co-ordinate this year’s workshop and will conduct the closing concert of the festival.
During the festival, the Thessaloniki Concert Hall together with the Teloglion Foundation of Arts will also run a composition competition.
- Plissken Festival @ Hellenic Cosmos
The Plissken Festival, an alternative electronica music event, is taking place on May 12, at the Hellenic Cosmos cultural venue featuring a lineup of 24 acts from around the world.
The all-day festival combines live shows and DJ sets in an industrial setting with two stages.

Musician, DJ and producer Quantic comes to Greece for the first time for two concerts of his signature Latin-American nu-soul creations. The Colombia-based British artist will be at the Thessaloniki Vilka Arena on May 12 and at Gagarin205, in Athens, on May 13.
- VNV Nation @ Kyttaron
Electro-industrial favourites VNV Nation come to Athens’ Kyttaro Live stage on May 11. The dark synthpop group is a favourite with the Greek electro crowd, and has held numerous sold-out gigs in Athens and Thessaloniki over the last few years.
The National Opera’s production of Sergei Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet will be presented at the Athens Concert Hall from May 10 to 13. The production is choreographed by Opera director Renato Zanella in his first piece crafted for the Greek National Opera and features the Opera’s soloists and Corps de Ballet.

The first outdoor ZUMBATHON is here, taking place on May 13 at the Moraitis School in Psyhico.
For those who are not familiar with Zumba, it is an exhilarating and easy-to-follow dance that’s moving millions of people towards joy and health. All profits from the event will go to the Greek Alliance of Rare Diseases.
