Kicking off on May 24 and running for three days, the Acropolis Rally 2012 -the 58 edition- is sure to be a feast for motorsports fans everywhere. A total of 55 crews from 32 countries will enter the race to compete in 22 special stages.

All main contenders of the World Rally Championship title participate, including eight-time world champion and current leader in standings Sebastian Loeb, who hopes to win the event which has escaped him for two consecutive championships.

The three-day rally with an itinerary through the Greek mountains is considered the toughest event in the championship calendar.
The ceremonial start takes place on May 24 at the courtyard of Zappeion Hall, with the official finish and award ceremony on May 27 at by the Loutraki Club Hotel at the Corinthian Bay.
