Thessaloniki’s master designers Beetroot Design Group, winners of Red Dot Communication Design Award as Agency of the Year 2011, present their Greek monsters exhibition at the Benaki Museum (Pireos Annex). The exhibition celebrates Beetroot’s prestigious distinction featuring installations, sculptures, idols, a graffiti frieze, as well as "invisible" monsters, perceived only with the use of audio–visual technology.
The exhibits- inspired by Greek mythology- are projected as contemporary symbols against racism and exclusion.
They are designed in Beetroot’s signature neo-black figure style and accompanied by a tag featuring poems or philosophy quotes, in lieu of exhibition information. The exhibition opens on April 27 and will be on display until July 29.
