The first ever Eurovoice contest final is taking place in Athens this weekend.

Thirty-three contestants from all over Europe will compete in the Athens Arena on September 23 - 24, a show that will be broadcast via television and Internet across Europe.

EuroVoice is a new, interactive, televised project that aims to become the first contest whose winner is determined solely by the audience.

It was created by French composer Éric Serra and Greek record producer Miltos Karatzas.
