Jethro Tull live in Athens

Jethro Tull, one of the most important rock music bands of the last 40 years, return to Athens, as part of this year's worldwide tour. They will be performing live on July 19 at the new Terra Vibe Park Theatre.

Blues Brothers Band

The most famous and lively band ever, the legendary Original Blues Brothers Band, will be appearing at the Lycabettus Theatre in Athens, on July 21.

Exhibition

Greek Green Greet By Droog

This is the largest Droog exhibition worldwide since 2007 and presents Droog, expanding on and discussing concepts such as recycling, re-using, re-creating, clarity of thought, memory and nostalgia, within the framework of a contemporary urban apartment. The event is hosted at the Benaki Museum (Pireos Street Annexe) until July 25.

Ballet

Rudolf Nureyev

A special gala dedicated to the memory of the legendary ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev, tracing his career from the Kirov Ballet to the Royal Ballet and the Paris Opera Ballet, will take place at the Herod Atticus Odeon, on July 19.

The event is held in support of the Special Olympics Hellas, in view of the XIII Summer Special Olympics which will be held in Athens in 2011.
