Following the recent visit of Chinese "Cosco" shipping company’s President in Greece, the two countries’ business ties are back on the agenda on the occasion of the Sino-Hellenic Business Forum organized by the Hellenic Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (June 10-11).
Titled "The Future of Hellenic-Chinese Business Cooperation," the event is being held in tandem with the "Posidonia" Shipping Exhibition (June 7-11).
It aims at exploring ways to expand bilateral trade and investment projects across a number of sectors ranging from trade, shipping to tourism.
"If bureaucratic obstacles to investments are removed, then I believe many Chinese companies would be interested in investing in Greece, said Konstantinos Yiannidis, Chairman of the Hellenic-Chinese chamber.
